I'm a proud wife, mom, and nonnie with 21 years in ECE as a childcare center director. My husband and I started a childcare center from scratch in 2001—design, construction, licensing, staffing, enrolling, and everything in between!
Despite the challenges, we built a loving environment for children with 200 families on our waiting list and a supportive workplace for our staff.
After 21 years, I stepped away from our center to focus on helping other childcare providers.
